省提名-补料问题

今天下午收到了补料信，其中有些问题拿不太准，看看万能的论坛能给确认一下吗？

1. Business Licence(s): If you have declared owning equity in any business(es), you must submit a copy of the applicable business licence(s) in addition to evidence to support your stated equity. #技术移民就不要提供这个了吧？

2. Any other documentation you would like to submit as evidence of your ability to become economically established in Canada. #这个是需要提供什么呢？ 我没觉得有什么可以提供的，是不是空着就可以了？

3. For your spouse (if applicable): Employment reference letter for his/her present job.  If your spouse is presently unemployed, please submit an employment reference letter from his/her most recent employer.  This letter must contain Chinese characters as well as an English translation. # 配偶当前工作的推荐信，中英文版本。理解没问题吧？

4. Police certificates from each country in which you or your dependants (whether accompanying you to Canada or not) have spent 6 months or more since the age of 18, if you have not already submitted them.  Instructions on how to obtain police certificates for specific countries may be found by clicking here. #无犯罪记录证明。 黑体字部分，我理解是：如果你之前没有提交过，那么需要提交；言外之意就是：如果你有提交过，就不用提交了，是这样吗？ 我和爱人的无犯罪记录证明都是2015年4月底办理的，在5月中旬第一次递交材料的时候就已经提交了，按照字面意思是不是就不用提交了？现在是7月底，按说无犯罪记录公证的时效性应该还没有过期，保险起见，需要再提交一遍4月底办理出来的无犯罪记录的公证件吗？

Education credentials: All documentation (diplomas and transcripts) to support your declared post-secondary education or vocational training. #成绩单还需要是密封件吗？谢谢！
