The role of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and recruiting sales representatives/advisors. You will tap into your previous knowledge of sourcing venues, channels, social media and networks to find groups of appropriate candidates to recruit.
Location: Richmond
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 - 3 years in high volume recruiting capacity
-Dynamic individual who is able to establish rapport with diverse groups of people
-Demonstrated skills in all aspects of sourcing and identifying passive candidates via the internet, cold calling, social media, or other channels
-Driven and self-motivated to achieving targets
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills
-Exceptional interviewing skills
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
-Able to work both independently and within a team environment
-Results-oriented mindset
-Knowledge of financial services industry
-Fluency in second language an asset
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
