关于HK VO 地址的小疑惑

各位，也许是个人敏感，发现PL信中的邮寄地址与官网上的地址略有不同如下：
PL信上的：
Mail / Courier

官网上的：
The Consular Section (including Passport and Citizenship services)
The Immigration Section
The Canada Border Services Agency
9th floor, Berkshire House, 25 Westlands Road
Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
The Administration Section
8th floor, Berkshire House, 25 Westlands Road
Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

大家发现了吗？ 两个地址的区别是 官网上的地址里多了 Berkshire House ， 而PL信里是没有的。 请问瑞版或大神们了解 其中的区别吗？
