一份工作干久了都会失去热情的，换一换环境还是可以的。

和各位汇报，我的新工具通过了第一次的石油现场测试，很累，也很高兴。

可能距离成功更近了一步，同时，也距离离职的日子更近了。

下周去加拿大本地数一数二的页岩气公司钻探公司测试工具，希望一切顺利。

如果测试都通过的话，那么，可能我会很快辞职，准备弄顾自己的公司了。

基本在加拿大待了一共有三年了，回首一下，发现生活是如此的不堪啊... ...

c从国内不错的生活来到了加拿大，之后，基本上是从底层start over... ...

I was driving home after job today, a dude came up, and tried to have a look at my truck, after that, he asked for my phone number, and he said his buddy who was the operation manager in another company trying to hire hands like me, and he would back me up for the job hunting. and I gave my number to him.

see what would happen, I do not hate my current company, still feel it would be too early for me to quit now.

There is another company in AB looking for hands like me, However, I am not sure if I should go. First of all, my current company paid for moving home from other city, secondly, the salary on the other company is not as much as I request, which is important. thirdly, I am thinking of ending up my career working on the rig. last not at least, I am trying to do some small business, as working for others like a slave does not gain enough life, which means there is no balance between job and life.

I was lost, and wrote emails to my managers, roughly, I told them that they were wrong. besides that, I disagree that they sent me two fuking new hands to work as my cross shift.

see what would happen.

After spending 10 days on the rig, production casing job is coming.

Due to the last email that I sent to my boss, he dispatched another sub contract with me. he was my co worker, and he knows the job well.

I would say, you have to make yourself heard, otherwise, nobody take you as the important role.

I would go back after this job, may take a few days off. after that, I would tidy up myself, and show them how good I am. later on, of course, I would ask for another raise.

back into shop now, and I would talk with  my boss recently for my next raise.

I see no problem that it would happen.

I found the new guy had hand time to fit in the team.

I had the same problem before, what you need to do is to learn how to read people.
