4#深圳细东我又仔细推敲了一下网站的Guide和Checklist，感觉对次高学历并没有明确的要求。在Guide里读到一个假设示例： The following fictional examples will help you determine what you must submit with your application to the CIO in order to receive maximum points for your education:
If Deng studied outside of Canada and obtained a foreign educational credential at the Master’s levelThen he would submit proof of his completed foreign educational credential and an original ECA report indicating that it is equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential at the Master’s level or lower.it和credential都用的单数。希望没事~~~可是大家都寄了本科学历，实在很担心啊~T_T
