请参阅魁省移民部的下列Memo，明确魁省的投资移民和企业家项目不受联邦政策的影响，至于今年4月1日魁省会否重开，目前来看很难说，3月12日在蒙特利尔有基金公司的季度例会，也许届时能有更确切的线索。

　　魁北克移民部部长注意到联邦政府决定关闭联邦投资移民项目以及联邦企业家投资移民项目，联邦移民部（CIC）已经向魁北克移民部长确认，魁北克投资移民以及魁北克企业家移民项目将不会受到这一政策的影响。同时，CIC表示，为了尊重魁北克在这方面的司法权，魁北克移民部长也将会参与未来的监管改革。昨天所发布的政府声明不会影响魁北克的项目。
　　我们在试图进一步分析联邦预算的试行措施，并评估这些措施对于已经通过甄选的魁北克移民的影响，我们会根据分析结果作出相应的回复。

　　IMPORTANT NOTICE-IMMIGRANT INVESTORS PROGRAMS
　　The Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés Culturelles of Quebec has taken note of the Federal government’s intention to abolish its Immigrant Investor and Entrepreneur Programs.
　　Citizenship and Immigration Canada has confirmed to the Ministère that the Quebec Immigrant Investor and the Entrepreneur Program will not be affected by this decision. Also, Citizenship and Immigration Canada said that the Ministère will be consulted on forthcoming regulatory changes to respect Quebec 's jurisdiction in this matter. Yesterday's announcement does not affect the programs in Quebec .
　　We are pursuing further analysis on the proposed measures in the Federal Budget to evaluate the impact that these measures will have on selected Quebec immigrants and we will react based on our conclusions.
