关于复印件（Certified true copies）

请问准备复印件时，都必须找专业人员复印吗？还要在复印件上打印：
1) " I certify that this is a true copy of the original document"
2) the name of the original document
3) the date of the certification
4) his or her name
5) his or her official position or title, and
6) his or her signature

各位成功递料的都是按上面的要求复印的吗？

不能自己复印吗？
