Active weather has been moving through the region resulting in cold temperatures, snow squalls and slippery roads.
Torontonians saw the first sign of winter-like weather with snow flurries Saturday.
Snow squalls in the snowbelt, just north of the city, resulted in a 40 car pile up on the northbound lanes of Highway 400. Another huge collision had a portion of Highway 401 near London closed as well. No serious injuries were reported in either accident.
