上周遗憾没聚成,心里一直搁着这事,想着大家应该抓住这夏天的尾巴聚会娱乐谈天说地,但眼见卡村的天气一日日凉下去,生怕咱还没聚成这冬天就来了。哎!!!
所以,所以~~~~~~8月11日,周日,咱把聚会进行到底吧!!!!不管刮风下雨,咱都准时相聚!!!!哈哈,别被吓到了,如果天气不佳咱就改到室内进行,地点已经定好了,如果真是不幸遇上下雨(祈祷一百遍,不要不要不要下雨啊~~~~~),咱再移师室内,将聚会进行到底啦!!!

刚看了天气预报,中午开始会有几场阵雨,并且有雷阵雨的风险。目前观天象,南面已经布满了阴云,担心大家被雨淋,今天的聚会只能取消了。非常遗憾,希望下周天气好能举行。

看大家聚会热情很高涨,趁着这夏天的尾巴,咱卡村枫情人也是该时候聚聚啦,初步考虑如下,欢迎大家提建议并且踊跃参加。

事件:大家各自带些水果点心零食饮料等,休闲娱乐谈天说地。爱玩牌的可以带上扑克,带孩子可以带上沙滩玩具或者戏水。
注意事项:聚会中有未成年人,请勿携带香烟和酒。
如果天气不佳,自动延期到下个周末。以论坛的最新通知为准。

Safety
Aquatic Safety Staff
- Aquatic safety staff are on duty during the hours of operation.
- Aquatic safety staff provide public education and patrol the beach. They also search for missing persons, provide first aid and water rescues.
- Aquatic safety staff are NOT traditional swimming pool lifeguards. Use the Sikome Aquatic Facility at your own risk.
- Parents/guardians must be in arms reach of children under 12.
Conservation Officers
Conservation Officers are are present on-site during facility operating hours. They are empowered to enforce theProvincial Parks Act and other provincial statutes.
First Aid & Emergencies
- First aid services are available from staff on-site.
- If there is an emergency, please stay clear of the accident area.
- Sikome Aquatic Facility may have emergency closures for safety reasons such as overcrowding or weather hazards. Please cooperate and follow staff instructions at these times.
Water Quality
- Sikome Aquatic Facility is classified as a man-made beach. Water quality criteria for man-made beaches is different than for public swimming pools.
- Three fresh water wells supply the water for Sikome. No water is taken from the Bow River.
- An on-location water treatment plant ensures good water quality.
- Every Tuesday, staff take six water samples from different areas in the lake. The samples are analyzed at the Foothills Hospital. Results are forwarded to the Calgary Health Region and the park.
Rules- Children under 12 who are not accompanied by an adult or guardian are not allowed to use the facility. The adult or guardian must be within arm's reach of their children in the water.
- ALL children under 7 years of age MUST utilize an approved FDA personal flotation device.
- NOT ALLOWED
- No water masks and snorkels in Sikome Lake.
- No alcohol in the park.
- No smoking outside of dedicated smoking area.
- No glass containers within the fenced area.
- No pets.
- Guide and Assisted Living Dogs are allowed at the facility.
- Pets are permitted in other areas of the Fish Creek Provincial Park if on a leash.
- No bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding or scooters in the lake area and associated pathways. Bikes can be parked on racks at the north end of the site.
- Propane gas barbeques are allowed on the grassed areas within the facility.
- Briquette barbeques are restricted to sites such as picnic areas with fire rings for hot coal disposal.
