Question about signatures in documents to CIO

Dear All, I am preparing documents to CIO,and have an urgent question,there are some files we need to sign, could you please help me to confirm whether it is correct: ITEM   File name                                                    Of Page                 Signature 1   Generic Application Form to Canada(IMM 0008)      Page 5     Principle applicant 2   Schedule A:Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)       Page 4     Principle applicant 3   Schedule A:Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)        Page 4      Spouse 4   Schedule 4:Economic Classed-Provincial Nominees  Page 1   Principle applicant 5   Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)      Page 1                 Principle applicant 6   Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)      Page 1                      Spouse When we was preparing application documents to Manitoba(MPNP General stream),I remember there were some papers need to be signed by bothe(Principle applicant and spouse),it was the agency to prepare docuemnts for us,we just signed when he asked, I did not pay much attention on it,but this time I want to prepare by myself.
