question about IMM0008

Dear All,

I have questions about IMM0008?
in IMM0008,there is NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT below PASSPORT,will you guys fill in it?
If fill in,it means we need to sumbit the copy of national ID,if it is not in English,we also neet to make it notarized? and it costs money in my county.

What if we have national ID card with ID numbers, and we fill in IMM0008,but we do not provide the copy?
Or we just don;t fill in(select NO in IMM0008)?

in the checklist ,there is national IDs.

最简单是填N/A，然后什么都不用做。
或者填你身份证号码，附上复印件，旁边自己手写翻译一下即可。
