我的基本情况：

2006年10月11日 EMS HK；2006年10月16日 HK 签收；2006年11月10日 汇票银行解付；FN 2007年5月29日 收到。。。

我是一直等的时间太长了，给大使馆写信问问情况呢，这回信了，我没看明白，还要等多久呢？？

根据加拿大2012年6月29日通过的法律，你的案子已经被终止了

很遗憾，加拿大保守党去年6月份出台的C38，终止了N多万申请人的申请处理，按照其中的标准你的案子不幸正好处于其中，也就是说，不会再处理了，会陆续退申请费。

从去年开始有针对该事件的多个诉讼官司，虽然现在有点晚了，如果还想搏一搏的话，就去网上搜索一下诉讼的信息吧。
