“9.1程序”移民局网站查不到信息了！，是不是说明已经悲剧，准备退款了。
声明一下本人情况：2007.7FN，2009.3补料，申请的Seoul。谢谢！

(1) 去 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-int.asp


(2) 找受理你申请的visa office，例如香港



点击链接



有visa office 的查询链接，点进去



"Continue"，往下走



"I Agree"，往下走



按左边图片出现的字母照抄到输入框，"Submit"向下走



出现查询发问页面，填一些个人信息之类的，
“Your Enquiry" 输入框填你有什么问题，例如我在线查不到申请状态，希望对方回复一下，就填：“Dear Sir / Madam : I applied as a Federal Skilled Worker in 2007. I used to check my application status through your On-Line Services and I always got the information. But from January this year, I use your On-Line Services but I get nothing. I would be very grateful for answers to these questions and any other information about my application status you can provide. ”


“Send" 提交



(3)话说如果还是在合理的处理期限内，对方有理由不回复你的查询的。不过像91被切的还好吧，我查了几个都回复了。

The e-mail address used differs from that on your application.  We are therefore, unable to verify the source of your enquiry.  A reply has already been sent to the e-mail address provided in your application.  Please check.  If you no longer have access to that e-mail address, you may provide our office with the e-mail address indicated on your application or alternatively, you may sign on a piece of paper, scan and submit it as an attachment to your query.  You should ensure that the signature matches that on your application.  When we are able to confirm your identity, we will forward you a reply.

The Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act became law on June 29, 2012. Under this legislation, Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applications made before February 27, 2008 were terminated by operation of law if a decision based on FSW program selection criteria had not been made by an immigration officer before March 29, 2012.

Upon review of your application, it appears that a selection decision was not made before March 29, 2012, and that your application has been terminated by operation of law.

还能重新按新程序申请吗？现在新程序会很快的，比91的6年可快老鼻子了。如果你们还年轻，就别放弃梦想。
另外是不是也可以申诉呀，或者去参加诉讼？不过我个人感觉也许重新申请更好吧。。。

好像你留的邮件地址不是以前申请移民时留的地址吧，不用原来的地址人家是不会受理的。
方法如下：
1、你可以使用原来的邮件地址再次提交请求。
2、如果你忘记了原来地址的话，你可以写个情况说明，签名，并扫描，在你网上提交的请求时当做附件发给使馆，他们看到签名和你当初档案里的一样人家才会受理吧~ 仅供参考！

清隶汉简，这个简单了，领馆给你一张汇票不就可以了嘛，呵呵。少担心，要退款的不止你一个，到时候大面积退款时，你就知道他们是怎么操作的了。cic欠你的钱跑不了的。
