郑重给爱好户外运动及渔猎的朋友们提个醒

最近介绍几个朋友钓鱼，手把手把BC省规则教了一遍，包括哪些河里可以钓哪种鱼，最多可以keep几条，那些地方可以用倒刺勾，那些地方可以用双勾等等，恰恰忘记了很重要的一条。昨天下午，朋友兴冲冲给我打电话，告知从我提供的秘密钓点获鱼若干，给我送几条过来。他打开后备箱的时候我傻了，4，5条鱼在他的半满的cooler里游来游去。赶紧拉上楼逼着他杀鱼。然后告诉他在BC省（或者加拿大绝大多数省），绝对不可以以任何原因运输活鱼（运载用作鱼饵的小鱼除外，商业运输用途除外），运输活鱼是违法行为，可以处以最少500元，最多$250,000的罚款，因为去年在Centre Lake发现的黑鱼事件，上限大大提高了， 参见 - http://news.nationalpost.com/201 ... -snakehead-bc-fine/
所以提醒不清楚这个规定的朋友，千万不要以国内的习惯运输活鱼，如果为了保持鱼的新鲜，可以在cooler里放冰保存。

另外，野外发现掉落的鹰羽毛，捡拾，收藏鹰的羽毛在加拿大也是违法的,特别白头鹰，相关条例见此

You can't possess eagle feathers even if you just pick it up off the ground.

MIGRATORY BIRD TREATY ACT
Implements various treaties and conventions between the U.S. and Canada, . . . . for the protection of migratory birds. Under the Act, taking, killing or possessing migratory birds is unlawful.

Possession of wildlife
33 - (2) A person commits an offence if the person has dead wildlife or "a part of any wildlife" in his or her possession except as authorized under a licence or permit or as provided by regulation.

Wildlife (defined as)
(a) means raptors, threatened species, endangered species, game and other species of vertebrates prescribed by regulation

Raptor - means a bird of the order Falconiformes known as vultures, eagles, falcons and hawks or the order Strigiformes known as owls, and includes its eggs;

Under both United States and Canadian laws, permits are required from official government conservation authorities to legally possess eagle feathers. Native American Indian groups with bald and golden eagle feathers must use them for traditional ceremonies or teaching purposes only.

每个省的钓鱼规则都不太相同，看来魁省钓鱼规则还是比较宽松的。

没错,每个省规则都有不同的地方,但是就运输活鱼来说, 就我所知还没有一个省允许, 而且跨省的活鱼运输要罚得重的多.主要是因为可能对当地水产环境构成威胁，引发鱼类疾病，或者引入有害鱼类.比如去年多伦多的一家超市因为进口活的胖头鱼，被联邦法院罚款50,000元, 虽然胖头鱼在其他地方可以清洁水域, 但是当地的一些鱼类以腐食为生, 活胖头鱼一旦进入安省湖内，就会像吸尘器一样，把水清理干净，也清理这类鱼要吃的很多食物，导致大量小鱼死亡、严重干扰河流系统的食物链.
想提醒一下刚刚接触渔猎的朋友,不要认为只要买了鱼证(License)就万事大吉, 尽量了解当地规则, 才可以尽情享受渔猎之乐

不论在加拿大任何省钓鱼，都要先仔细学习当地的钓鱼规则，并遵守规则。
没有在BC省钓过鱼，所以没有仔细学习过BC省的钓鱼规则。
到目前为止的魁省的钓鱼规则是这样的：

Transportation, possession and identification of fishIndividuals who transport fish or have fish in their possession must, upon the request of a wildlife protection officer or assistant, identify themselves and state where the fish were caught.
Live fish Anglers may keep alive, on site, for the length of their stay, fish taken at a given fishing site depending on the fishing season, daily fishing quotas and possession limits authorized for the area. Transportation of live bait-fish is allowed in certain zones (see Bait-fish, page 9). In the case of Atlantic salmon, whoever catches and keeps a salmon must abide by the mantatory tagging of catches (see Tagging and registration of salmon, page 6).
Dead fishIndividuals who have in their possession, other than in their place of permanent residence, fish caught when sportfishing, must keep them in a condition to enable determination of the species (enough skin must be left in place to enable identification), length and number. Where a length limit applies, the fish must be transported so as to be able to measure their length.
For the application of the length limit for walleye when the fish is in fillets, the skin must be fully attached to the flesh over the entire length of the fillet, as indicated in the section Catch, possession and length limits.
It is forbidden to export outside Québec fish taken while sportfishing and whose sale is prohibited. However, when leaving Québec, you can take with you a quantity of fish, that you have caught or been given, equal to the possession limit allowed for each species. Also, when leaving Québec, a person is allowed to take with him any tagged salmon caught while sport fishing whether the person caught the fish or it was given to him.


关于钓上来的活鱼带回家的规则似乎在魁省和BC省真的不太一样。

个人在学习理解了魁省钓鱼规则后的实践经验是这样的：多年来在魁省钓鱼，都是先将钓上来的活鱼放在鱼篓或盛水的容器里，然后在离开的时候将这些活鱼带回家，就是渔警在旁边，也是这样做的。从来都没有吃过罚单。（当然，钓上来的鱼都是在规则许可之内，允许带走的）。
关于钓鱼使用的鱼苗，从即将到来的四月一日开始，魁省全省不再允许夏季钓鱼时做鱼饵了。

关于楼主提到的两个运输案例引起的建议：
1，建议喜欢放生的朋友，千万不要到宠物店买那些宠物鱼放生，如果你误把入侵鱼种放到水里，很可能受到重罚。
2，包括胖头鱼在内的亚洲鲤鱼已经给北美水域带来失控，美加政府每年都要花费数百万甚至更多的资金控制它们入侵五大湖，加拿大海关也在日益加重力度惩罚那些试图将这些活鱼运进加拿大市场的不法商家。到目前为止，在魁省还没有钓到过这些鱼。
