you can have your GST/HST credit payments deposited directly into your account at a financial institution.to start direct deposit,attach a blank cheque with your banking information encoded on it an write "VIOD"across the front,or complete the boxes below.to find these numbers,see your passbook,bank statement,encoded deposit slip ,or cheque,or contact your financial institution.
NOTE:if you choose direct deposit for your GST/HST credit,we will deposit your future income tax refunds into the same account.

YOUR direct deposir request will stay in effect until you change the information or cancel the service.
however,your payments may be stopped if you move and do not give us your new address.

我已经有银行卡,是把银行卡上的号码直接填上吗?但是数字的位数好象不对啊?

banch NO（开卡银行分行编号），institution no（开卡银行编号），account no.（是你银行卡号码）。name of financial institution（银行名字）。

banch NO，institution no 可以从你开卡银行查询到！

不是银行卡，那个号码在你的支票上，你开户的时候他们应该给你几张临时支票的，支票的最下面就是你要的号码
还有个办法，你可以去你银行的网上账户看看，那里也应该可以看到
实在不行你就只能问你的branch了
