在多伦多的朋友谁能帮我申请Humber学院的大专

我想申请Humber学院的Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant大专专业，留学中介给我拖了半个月说问要求，也没结果，昨天又说下周学校该圣诞节放假了，让我选择别的开学时间，真是郁闷了。
论坛里的朋友有没有在多伦多的，能帮我申请Humber的Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant专业吗？我要申请双录取，1月开学，9月上正课。拜托了，谢谢大家了！
我之前选的范莎学院递的签证，还在等结果。

这种事情，普通木有资质滴人肿么可能代申请呢？

刚刚中介说了，只能申请3月份的语言课了。也不知道只学这么几个月到9月份正课开课时能考过语言么。

没听说1月开始，9月才上正课的。HUMBER我没听说有什么语言进修班。进去就直接上课。

你到现在还没有符合要求的语言证明？那肿么可能现在报名呢？

其实人家的入学要求明明白白在网上摆着，也有联络人信息：

Step 2: Admission Requirements

A completed Humber International Application Form.
Original or copies (attested to by the educational institution of issue) of records that prove you have achieved academic standing equal to 12 years of primary and secondary education for postsecondary programs, or completion of a university or college program for postgraduate programs. See what guidelines (below) are required from your individual home country.
Proof of English Language Proficiency, varying depending on program/level of entry. These requirements vary depending on the type of program to which you are applying. If you do not meet the minimum English language requirements, you may be eligible for conditional acceptance, if you enroll in and successfully complete Humber's English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program.
$75 CAD non refundable application fee. This can be paid by bank draft, money order or credit card.
If admission requirements for your program include other documents (portfolio, writing samples, questionnaires) be sure to provide these as well. If you contact the International Centre in advance, we can send you a list of the documents for you to include with your application package.

Individual Home Country Guidelines

Admission requirements for Humber depend on your country of origin and the level of education you have achieved prior to applying.

China

Admission To A Postsecondary Diploma or Certificate Program

International Application Form
Application fee $75 CAD (non-refundable)
One of the following:
      The National Senior High School Examination with a minimum grade of 65% or C in relevant subjects (School Leaving Certificate), OR
      Graduation Certificate awarded by senior (upper) middle school; may be academic or vocationally oriented with a minimum of C or 65% in relevant subjects, OR
      Matriculation Examination with a minimum mark of 490.
English Proficiency requirements are as follows for consideration:
      Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based) or 80 (Internet based with no test below 20) - TOEFL code 9285, OR
      IELTS with an overall minimum score of 6.0 (with no single test score below 5.0), OR
      CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment) with an overall band score of 60.

Admission To A Bachelor’s Degree Program

International Application Form
Application fee $75 CAD (non-refundable)
One of the following:
      The National Senior High School Examination with a minimum grade of 70% or B in relevant subjects (School Leaving Certificate), OR
      Graduation Certificate awarded by senior (upper) middle school; must be academic oriented with a minimum of B or 70% in relevant subjects, OR
      Matriculation Examination with a minimum mark of 525.
Include transcripts for any postsecondary courses or programs completed
English Proficiency requirements are as follows for consideration:
      A minimum TOEFL score of 560 (paper based) or 220 (computer based) or 84 (Internet based with no test below 21), OR
      IELTS with an overall minimum score of 6.5 (with no single test score below 6.0), OR
      CAEL with an overall band score of 60 and Writing 60.
      Bachelor of Nursing Degree: a minimum score of TOEFL score of 600 (paper based) or 250 (computer based) with 4.0 on the essay component.

These are minimums cut-offs and the admissions decision is at the discretion of Humber Institute. Admissions requirements may change at any time.

Alternative Testing For English and Math Proficiency

If your English and/or math score does not meet Humber's minimum requirements, you may request additional testing in your home country. Please contact our International staff for more information.

中介告诉我说Humber可以双录取，我也在网上查了，所谓双录取就是在语言不过关的情况，发给两个录取通知，一个专业的，一个语言的，在College读3个月左右的语言，通过后再学习专业课。很多网站上都有双录取的介绍，难道Humber没有双录取一说吗？什么情况？被忽悠了吗？

最近跟几个在本地读college课程的留学生聊过，没有参加语言考试或语言考试不合格的，先参加为期不等的英语课程，只要英语课程考试合格了，就可以转入专业课程。有人把它叫双录取。我觉得似乎那么叫有些误导，似乎有条件的录取似乎更贴切一些。
