请教各位前辈：
本人想在安省申请一个医学相关的执照，在过去的教育和工作经验审理中需要：
a) A letter from the regulatory body in all countries in which you are registered to practise stating when you were first registered or licensed and that you are currently in good standing.
b) If you are not currently practising in your country of education, a letter from the regulatory body stating that you are eligible to be licensed in the country of your education.
请问有过来人可否指点，regulatory body 在中国指的是地方卫生局还是国家卫生部，这是一封什么样的东西呢？如何去申办呢？若果其他专业的盆友有相关经验也请多多指点迷津！
