比较好的话题是围绕公司本身,历史、文化、市场,从你掌握的信息开始,向考官提问,例如“*** has been experienced a lot mergers and acquisitions in last few years. Did you find a lot changes in your position and responsibility? How do you expect the changes in this new role? How is the reporting structure of this role? How do you like your job?”
记住考官也是人,也一定有职业自豪感和虚荣心,一说起自己工作和经历就来劲,我碰到过的考官没有谁能对这样的提问无动于衷,有几个甚至忘情发挥,用了半小时描述自己在公司辛苦工作、逐步升迁的光荣史,差点把面试给忘了。绝不要打断考官自述,并要真诚地在合适时机表示惊讶激赏“Really? How did you make it? You must be working really hard! Yeah, it is tough for anyone in this position! Wow, you ARE the great one.”不要脸红,洋人对这些赞美都会照单全收,
