新人报道，外加请教艺术类自雇移民

各位移民的前辈们，请给我这个新人一点提示和帮助。
先说说自己的情况吧
我中央音乐学院附中，大学毕业，学习乐器的。
在北京的乐团工作3年。
选择去德国继续读研究生，学了两年德语加申请，入学，后年毕业
获奖，报纸，CCTV还有凤凰卫视都有过报道。
我现在已婚，爱人是古琴，勋，萧专业，在中国一个宗教乐团做老师和演奏。熟悉了解中国宗教文化，茶道，养身，太极剑，乐器制作，乐器的买卖进出口，民族音乐的培训。
我们的现状是一个在德国，一个在中国。
我们的设想，为了孩子还有以后的教育以及传播中国文化和音乐，想移民。
论坛里关于演奏者自雇移民的帖子真的太少了。希望得到大家帮助。
德国很好，可是并非移民国家。
如果留在德国，必须开公司，各种苛刻条件加起来才能得长居。
我们的缺点，语言不好。英语，法语都不怎么样。我现在只能德语还拿得出手
国内中介咨询，唯一一家北京可以做自雇移民的公司，加拿大也有此公司，开价12万。有点贵
我看了加拿大移民的官网，我可以从德国申请自雇移民，时间2年。如果从中国北京申请，大概要4年

  • Musical training from a university or college or through private instruction is usually required.
  • Members of orchestras and other professional classical musicians and singers usually require a university degree in music.
  • Musical talent and ability, as demonstrated during an audition, are important hiring criteria.
  • Membership in a guild or union related to the occupation or type of performance may be required.

这里学艺术的人不是很多，希望你的经历给后来人以借鉴。谢谢！

这个35分的“槛”有等于无，是非常容易达到的，关键是你需要“在过往5年内，有至少2年的相关自雇经验”。

主申请的自雇经验，如果你是音乐类的，就是作为演出或创作的“个体户”、有正常的运作和经营，有收入，财务稳健。。。等等，提供材料给VO以接纳。

如果你能证明这些，才有戏！

自雇移民申请非常漫长，07年之后的申请大部分现在仍未审理；
不过，今年6月始，新申请可以优先先审；而过往5年的积案则慢慢清理。所以对你来说现在倒是个好时机，可以“插队”。

@Ruibin 瑞版主你好，我是2012年底递交到加拿大悉尼的自雇移民新政申请者。我的case被分到了香港。请问香港方面现在审理到了哪一年了？他们有什么措施加快自雇移民的审理进度吗？加拿大悉尼是否已经做了自雇资格方面的初审？
另外，你能否告知一下怎么能查到香港方面的审理进度？
