公证书的英文表述及公证件的时效问题

在CIC的guide 7000看到说对于公证件，需要按照如下格式进行公证：

Certified true copiesTo have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

• “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
• the name of the original document,
• the date of the certification,
• his or her name,
• his or her official position or title, and
• his or her signature.

我在南京市公证处做了公证，英文不是如“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”表述，而是“this is to certify that the xxx(xxx是文件名) conforms to the original, and that the original document is authentic, and that the attached English translation of the photocopy conforms to the original document in Chinese”

这种表述是否也可以，就是不知道老外是不是认死理，不认同上述表述。




另外今年1月16日公证的结婚证，结果名额满了，没递成，这次71投递，是否需要重新公证结婚证，是否有时效问题？

我的感觉是保险起见，抓紧时间重新公证一下，这个好像需要时间不多，明天开搞，7月1日之前肯定能公证好。中介有的时候还是不太专业的
