求教：登陆前是否要带的毕业证、资格证在国内进行公证？是否要重新做一次无犯罪公证？马上就要登陆卡城了，ciip的指导人员说毕业证、资格证带原件到卡城进行公证？不解啊，有知道的吗？谢谢！
