All applications received after May 1, 2012 must include an evaluation report conducted by a professional third party identified by the SINP Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator category.
Prior to submitting an application, all applicants must first submit all forms and documents that support the claimed net worth and accumulation of funds recorded on SINP form EF-002 and CIC form IMM008 Schedule 4A to a third party identified by the Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator for review against program criteria. The third party will conduct an assessment of the financial documents in each application and provide the applicant with an evaluation report outlining the ability to verify net worth and accumulation criteria. After receiving the evaluation report, only applicants whose net worth and accumulation of funds has been verified and meets the program criteria of the Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator category are encouraged to formally apply.
The SINP Entrepreneur and Farm Owner/Operator will only accept an application for formal review by a Business Immigration Officer after the application processing fee of CAD$2,500 has been received, and the report prepared by the third party has been confirmed and verified.
