查到进程是如下：请问现在如何了什么时候才能成功？
Weiling Wu withdrawn
We started processing your application on September 13, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Weiling Wu Application Received
We received your application for permanent residence on September 26, 2011.
Medical results have been received.

我的查询结果一直是We received your application for permanent residence on March 18 2011 。UCI序号也有了，到现在已经半年了可还是一点变化也没有。请问各位同学我的申请现在是在哪个阶段啊？是什么样的情况？谢谢！
