1.Do you know if we don’t own tax we don’t have to file our income tax in end of April? If that,we have the whole 2005 to file our income tax for 2004?

2.Do you know the Canadian taxable limits?

1, If you do not have taxable income, you may not have to file tax return, but it is not a good idea not filing a tax return since you lost chance to get gst/pst credit and some other benifits (say CCTB)! And if you do want to file a tax return, the deadline should be end of April in stead of the whole 2005, otherwise your gst and other benefits may be delayed;

2, Taxable limit? Do you mean the income level at which you do not pay tax? This year, for Federal tax, it is 8012, and for BC tax, it is 8523. These are basic numbers, excluding some allowance.
