1. house inspection is made and satisfied
2. house insurance is made and satisfied
3. mortgage is confirmed with rate 2.99 yearly
4. everything goes on quick and smooth, god bless me

the next step will work with a lawyer for details , and will get a land surveyorfor a certificate .
