Also, the example you gave above is for a person with an international driving license, which is recognized in Canada. Yours is a Chinese driving license, not an international one. Chinese driving license is not recognized in Canada. 成为安省居民和获得landed immigrant status以及取得枫叶卡是两回事。你上次短登算不上move，充其量是visiting。不放心直接问MTO。它网站上这么说的：A newcomer to Ontario is required to apply for an Ontario driver's licence within 60 days of taking up residence in the province.
