cic 对清华认证的要求:
you are required to submit a copy of your documents (degree with graduation certificate and transcript) and the appropriate fees to the China Academic Degree & Graduate Education Development Center (CADGEDC) in Beijing. You are only required to have your highest level degree with graduation certificate and transcript verified.
第一眼的感觉是要求毕业证和成绩单都要认证,仔细揣摩又象只要认证degree.是with graduation certificate and transcript 的degree.我应该怎样理解?多谢各位!
