"go a long way towards doing sth" is an idiom.
似乎第7个也有点别扭，也许这样说应该更好：No way should you have done this.

上两周完成了初级口语的1-200课，
但是心里依然没底，
所以打算今天花一上午时间复习1-200，尽量巩固下再进行中级口语会比较好。
