8. What types of legal restrictions are placed on Chinese media? (For example copyright restrictions)
1) According to my contact with The local media, two things:
They refuse to use the photos I have taken. They sent photographer to take photos.
They refuse to use some comments from the Internet which I provided, I believe they are very trustworthy and reliable, they still prefer to use the comment they have heard.
2) Right now the legal in media does exit.

9. What have you learned from your stay in America?
1). Because this is about media, I first talk about what I have learned from my impression of the media. The media is very open here. You can draw a cartoon of the president. Libel or vilify the celebrities, even the top officials.
In china, people can talk at home or in public, but not on the official media.

2). Here is More humanized, my country is overstaffing in (government) organizations, if a person can do the job here, a group is needed in China. Both of us divide the department into 3 parts: Leaders, faculties, staffs. But according to order of the numbers: US: more faculties, less staff, we have more staff more leaders than faculties. Who is serving whom??
3). in my country, operating system and credit points are fake, not people friendly,
the parents have heavy burdens. many even have to drop their schooling.
but Students are more independent here. here more people fist work to self support, then they study part time.
due to the unique College Recuiting System, we cannot miss the golden time to study, and high school students cannot find a good job, even college graduates cannot find a good one.
This administration is humanized here, For example, all drinking fountain, telephone booth can be in use, can work well, but in China, most of them are in a mess.

4) People are very polite(I guess because they all might have a gun in pocket). The stop sign. Respect the pedestrians. Keep distance away. Comfort space, excuse me all the time.

5) Good public facility in the library and classroom, humanization to the disabled, and the standardization of constructions. More mechanized. A worker can drive several different kinds of vehicles and machines. Machines have replaced manual work to a very large degree.
6) The contrast is sharp, you have cars as early as 1920s, we have family personal cars until 2000, 80 years later than US. You even have two cars a family, very few family have two cars in China except that both two are taxi divers.
You have TV as early as 1950s, we have them until 1980s,
So I believe US will be the world leader in 21 century. China will not be a world leader even they can. Since they have such a large population to feed.

7) About Backwardness, if you go to Beijing shanghai, you would be shocked by its modern and Cosmo. G. W. Bush was shocked when he visited shanghai a few years ago. If you want to know more about china, I suggested you go to the countryside, they have never seen a foreigner, and some old people even have never been outside of their village.

8) China is a wealthy country, not her people; America is a more wealthy country, and her people.
