刚准备申请，想投香港，到底要填写几张表申请？

在香港此网站看到，表格还不少，但有些指导要求没这么多，想知道到底要哪几张呢？（除了5用于魁省；7、8用于代理人外，其它必填吗？）

Application Forms共有如下表（用此颜色+数字标出）
1、IMM 0008: Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
Completed by the principal applicant

2、Schedule 1: Background / Declaration
Completed by the principal applicant and:
his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); and
all dependant children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for permanent residence

3、Supplement to Schedule 1 - Background / Declaration
Completed by the:
spouse or common-law partner of principal applicant (if applicable); and
all dependant children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for permanent residence

4、Schedule 3: Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers
Completed by the principal applicant

5、Schedule 5: Declaration of intent to reside in Quebec
Completed by the principal applicant

6、IMM5406: Additional Family Information
Completed by the principal applicant and:
his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); and
all dependant children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for permanent residence.

7、IMM5561: Instructions – Use of a Representative

8、IMM5476: Use of a Representative
This form is for people who wish to appoint a representative (an immigration consultant, lawyer, friend, family member, etc.) who will conduct business with Citizenship and Immigration Canada on their behalf.
