关于资金证明

手上没有现金，只有一套五六十万的房子，可否到银行做资产评估，然后开个不动产（资产）证明？

同时，网站里的不可下载的移民加拿大指导又说：
   These funds could be in the form of:

• cash
• securities in bearer form (for example, stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills) or
• negotiable instruments in bearer form (for example, bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money
• orders).

可以是现金，有价证券，票据

到底以哪个为准呢，在S2阶段很多这种不清不楚，不明不白的地方，怎么感觉加拿大移民部是管理有问题，还是有意为难，还是我们对北美语言文化理解有问题

一般都是开银行存款证明，有价证券可能是国库券之类，中国的股票好像不行。
实在不行就抵押贷款嘛。
