退料了
我被退料了，理由是第4条没有工作许可！莫名奇妙我是0631餐饮经理，也提供了工作证明。但退料的说明竟然是说我没有加拿大的工作许可！我该怎么办？
对于联邦技术移民的变化：必须同时符合1，2，3，4才可以受理。
1，每年20，000配额
2，每个NOC职业类别中每年1，000配额
3，必须先有雅思或TEF成绩
4，有AEO(劳工许可证）或在以下29项职业一年以上，列表如下： 好像现在每年只有500cap，另外的500必须在加拿大有工作才受理的。500的cap已经满了。 Note: If you are applying under one of the 29 eligible occupations, as of July 1, 2011, a maximum of 10,000 federal skilled worker applications will be considered for processing in the following 12 months. Within the 10,000 cap, a maximum of 500 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing each year.

Moreover, section 12 of the immigration and refugee protection(IRPR) states that if the requirements of section 10 and 11 are not met, the application and all documents submitted in support of the applicaion shall be returned to the applicant.
