Got it all planned out !!!

Explanation : Plan out -to think about and decide what you are going to do or how you are   going to do something
                         Example : I'veplanned out the day - train totown, some shopping, then a slap-up meal and a show.

I have planned out the next few months--learn english and then take IELTS A in March, 2012.

I always think I plan out it well, but later I find something has to make a few alterations.
