work certificates的署名问题

[*][*]想请问：[*]They must be dated and signed and bear the signatory’s name and function. 署名如果是某某公司人力资源部可以吗？没有具体人员的签字。有人力资源部的章。 自己顶一下，大家帮忙啊～～～『洋葱头S89』 让你老板签名也可以的。我是让老板签名，附上老板名片，然后公司盖章。如果实在没人签名，那就盖章吧。我感觉问题应该不是很大。官毕竟习惯了中国是认章的，不是认签名。
