Application for Permanent Residence–Skilled Worker–Visa Office Specific Instructions Beijing，中规定
ORIGINAL CERTIFICAT DE SÉLÉCTION DU QUÉBEC (CSQ)
Copy labelled “Immigration Canada” for:
• the principal applicant;
• your spouse or common-law partner; and
• your dependent children.
不明白上面规定的意思，请高人指点
