看的我心惊胆颤，像我们70，80后哪里有出生证明给他复印，只有91年以后出生的孩子才有出生证明这一说，居然还不要公证件，不知道楼主怎么解决

不是不接受公证，而是不接受直接公证（直接文字声明，谁结婚了、谁谁什么时候出生……）。
他们只接受间接公证（含有结婚证、出生证的复印件，然后证明这个复印件是真实的，并翻译）。

我的出生公证是直接公证的，我从派出所开出的文件没有复印在公正书上面嘛？我要去找公证处，让他弄成间接的吗？！我是91补料的，我怕不保险所以去做了公证

中国很多成年人的出生证已经丢失，无法再办出间接公证，这个“国情”你附几句话解释一下即可。
