今天收到北京补料信看不大懂，请有心人帮忙看看。

能说说具体情况吗？你是什么时候递交申请的呀？什么副申？

我是2010年10月10寄出第一次补料，2011.2.16使馆要求补料，补料信中只有副申有要求申请费。我也看不懂！一下是原文：Please submit for dependant LIN, TAO
