关于孩子申请公民

看到这么一条： when u apply for citizenship, u may also apply on behalf of your minor children(less than 18 years old). Minors must be PRs, but they are nto required to have lived in Canada for three years or meet the language or knowledge requirements.

是不是说孩子只要拿到枫叶卡，就不需要带着加拿大哪怕一天也可以申请？

原则上，小孩仍然需要满足前5年内住满2年的要求，这样PR身份才能继续有效，而PR身份是申请入籍的前提。
