国内的朋友要咨询点事，试了skype,不灵啊。有人试过vbuzzer吗？这个似乎你买credit的时候，要每个月都要扣款，如果不确定能打，觉得还是不折腾为好。

As per the website of CIC. if you are outside of Canada, you can't dial 1-888-242-2100. You'll have to contact Canadian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.
