我的情况，4月底投妥联邦技术移民，但是还没有信用卡扣款，现在请问是：1.联邦技术和魁省技术移民可以同时进行吗？
我本科是化工，博士是无机化学，35岁，讲师到10月份就4年了，2.领域分怎么定？已有雅思，3.雅思分怎么定？法语基础为0，4.必须要先学法语吗？
