孩子打防疫针两国如何衔接？

大概孩子不到一岁就要登陆，国内的防疫针没有打完，到国外如何接着打呢？需要办什么手续吗？而且国外的防疫针和国内的性质和计量是否一样呢？

把国内的打针记录本翻译一下登录以后拿给家庭医生记录到当地的接种记录上就行了。当初我是下载了表格自己翻译之后拿到医院盖个章就行了。

你可以用“免疫证明”作为关键词在论坛里搜索一下，有很多结果的。

you can go to the CLSC which isbelonged to your district, make a appointment. the nurse who worked in there will nodify u immunication record in China, Then she will decide which kind of medicine for your child. do notworry about it. yesterday i do the same thing in montreal formy for my son. it was very simple.
