瑞版给开个小灶:烤鸭擦边重投?等待起诉CIC?学法语改投魁省?
11.28职业清单出台，幻想基本破灭，各种消息满天飞，现在到底是考雅思擦边重投？还是等待那个虚无缥缈的起诉？还是学习法语改投魁省？纠缠了好久，时而清醒，时而又糊涂，总是想不出个所以然。因为大家情况各异，不能一概而论，所以希望能把自己具体情况告诉大家，并得到大家的指导意见！
方案1. NOC能不能擦边？
因为自己看问题总是带有个人的主观性和片面性，难免局限很大，生怕判断失误而白白浪费了时间，毕竟是擦边啊！
现在放到这里，希望大家帮忙一起分析一下，有没有可能擦边。
方案2.等待大家一起起诉cic
我是8.4拿到的FN，前几天已经响应大家号召，发了投诉信了。
这样做的可能性有三个：
1. 起诉失败
2. 6月18日（宣布227新政日子）前的case按照91执行
3. 11月28日（公布紧缺职业名单并宣布非紧缺职业不予受理日期）前的case按照91执行
方案3.学习法语，改投魁省
会不会学好法语准备投魁省的时候，魁省也像现在的联邦一样因为人满为患而出台限制措施？
说到底，目前面对的就是外语的选择问题，毕竟时间和精力有限，选择了1和2，就一门心思的专心考雅思；选择了3，下周就要去报法语班，开始0基础的学习。
时间紧、任务重，年龄已经不允许自己再走冤枉路啦。最近一期的法语学习下个星期开班，在自己思索未果的情况下，只能发到论坛上希望大家帮忙出出主意，给遇到类似情况的朋友一些方向，请大家多多发表意见吧！

个人觉得最大的差别是……
本人在工程公司从事管理及设计工作，主要的工作职责是电厂内化工系统的设计、安装、调试工作，以及设计人员的管理。
也经常到现场处理一些实际运行过程中出现的问题。
个人觉得最大的差别是：
9212中要求的是对于生产过程以及一线工人的管理，
本人更多的则是侧重于设计本身以及设计人员的管理。
不知道自己领悟的对不对，也不知道这样算不算擦边，请朋友们发表自己的看法哈『怕怕』 『大汗』
又过去了一天~~~~~~~ 『大汗』 最后一天了……，ruibin在哪里啊 起诉也许最后能胜，但已经是猴年马月的事了，不主张；魁省法语有要求，从零开始难度比较大。
如果擦边，你旧表里的2123-chemical processing engineer和你现在选的9212-chemical processing supervisor 也算有点关联，问题是：
1、你要确信你以后能开出工作证明，证明你的工作是主管一线工人的，而不是管理设计人员；
2、以上1没有问题后，你仍然需要向移民官解释，你为何把定位从2123改为9212；
如果1、2都没有问题，那你可以先把雅思考出来，分数够的话，“擦边”重新递。

我在公司属于技术副总，算是二把手或者三把手，如果工作证明只是公司出具的话，那绝对是没有问题的。
除了公司出具的工作证明，还有什么资料能证明呢？
移民官取证的话，如果只是到公司取证，是不会有问题的
但是我们是以工程设计为主的公司，去电厂和化工厂呢，也只是给现场工人做培训。不知道能不能算作管理一线工人。
不知道这样类型的公司，如果出具了主管一线工人的工作证明，会不会穿帮？

学习法语倒是兴趣所在，本来打算一到加国就学法语的，现在是形势把人推到风口浪尖！因为选择了法语，就意味着放弃了雅思，不单单是精力和金钱的问题，更重要的是现在时间紧迫啊！
很矛盾，自己就很迷惑，给瑞版添麻烦了，希望瑞版不要嫌弃啊『怕怕』
其实瑞版的几个1128后的帖子我都已经拜读过n次，甚至还添加到了收藏夹，但是心里总不踏实，生怕自己的一点点疏忽就耽误了整件事情。

决定
看了瑞版的分析，又看了转战魁省的新帖。觉得如果法语要从0基础到无障碍交流的级别确实不太容易。
暂时还是准备以准备雅思为主，
同时准备重投，
并且等待投诉胜利划分到91程序的好消息，
还要不断留意有没有紧缺职业的工作岗位，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
不知道这样的决定是不是顺势而为，如果瑞版看到了，也应该会感到欣慰吧。

如果你能出具内容一致的工作经历公证、单位证明信（推荐信），且当移民官根据证明信上的信息进行公司调查也不会有问题，这些是必须保证的条件了；
但如果你的公司名字很明显不是工厂或制造业的，而是什么设计公司，那就难办了。因为设计公司不太可能有9212的职位，更何况你以前曾经以2123申请过，移民官很容易就判断出你是作假“擦边”的了。当然如果你上面出具的那些证明是xxx厂就更好了。 『佩服』
