重大发现和困惑,关于公证,求权威人士指点！！
今天仔细了查看了CIC网站上的一些说明，发现和家园以及枫情里的朋友提供的补料信内容有出入：1. At Stage Two, you may be able to speed up the process by: [*]making sure all the necessary information is included;[*]avoiding unnecessary inquiries;[*]making sure the documents you provide are clear and readable, and that certified translations have been provided where indicated.以上是网站里的原话，也就是说所需证明的英文翻译材料需要被签定或被证明，也就是要公证了。这里的意思是不是如果案子想被加速处理就要办理公证，否则就不必公证呢？ 而在网友提供的CHECKLIST里，只字没提certified translations ，不知道使馆有没有注意到这个问题，申请人到底以使馆网站为准还是以CHECKLIST补料信为准？！

>> For Federal Skilled Workers这里的问题是使馆网站里Additional Family Information 和网友提供的CHECKLIST补料信里的表格下载链接下载的表格不一样,不知道到底是以使馆网站为准还是以补料信为准?!

此表到底是主申请一人填写还是和配偶都要填写? 搞不懂
以上问题请各位多加注意,也请高人指点

提供的是英文原件，不需要任何处理；
提供的是英文复印件，那需要“证明复印件是真实的”；
提供的是中文原件，那就需要“翻译+证明翻译是准确的”；
提供的是中文复印件，那需要“翻译+证明翻译是准确的+证明复印件是真实的”，你可以用各种方法令你的材料达到这些要求，而不是非要公证；
其实，移民局也没有要求申请人的材料一定“公证”，只要你能实现这三个要求即可（certified translated），不过目前为止在中国，公证书是最直接、最简洁达到这些要求的手段；
另外，材料被正确公证了，并不会加快你的进度，只是因为材料达到要求了，你不会被退料、补料了，从而免被拖延而已；是保证你以“正常最短”速度被审理，与你自己的各种可能发生的速度来比较，这个就是“最快速度”。
最后，IMM0008 一向是只需要主申请人填写的，应该是北京使馆补料指南有误。 谢谢。说得很专业，很有条理。

我认为一切以补料信为准，其他只是参考。曾有一个明显的差异不知大家注意到没有，补料信说要4张照片，CIC说要两张，我事后发邮件给使馆，他们回答以当地要求为准。
关于申请表，填简表时，只主申填，补料时夫妻双方填，没错。 FAMILY:有道理，看样子，为了安全起见，Additional Family Information 这个表我两个都填算了，总比填少了到时再补要好 原帖由 harrison 于 2008-8-10 19:11 发表 http://www.ourdream.ca/forums/static/image/common/back.gif

Additional Family Information 这个表呢，以使馆为准，还是以补料信为准？ 这个家庭成员表肯定是夫妇都要填的，包括18岁以上的子女也要。
这个表是背景调查和移民数据库用的，所以每个成年申请人都要填。

我想知道你到底收没收到补料信？如果收到了，你当然要按补料信上的格式了！否则两个表都准备也好。 谢谢，先收藏了，等下班回去慢慢研究！ 使馆提供的家庭关系表是全英文的，就一页纸，表的名字是ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION而补料信里链接的家庭关系表是中文带英文的，二页纸，第二页还有教育和就业细节，表的名字是FAMILY COMPOSITION INFORMATION和DETAILS OF EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT
两种不一样的表，RUIBIN的表格填写样本示范的是使馆的表。
我现在手上的补料信是这里和家园里的筒子最近收到的补料信公布出来的，为何会存在这些问题，实在搞不清楚。

IMM0008虽然补料信说主申请和配偶都要填写，但确实感觉配偶没有必要填写
（有些地方估计连做了多少年的中介都要好好揣摩一下）

It's new process just started Sept. 2006
I believe Ruibin's sample is not for simplified procedure. We are the first group who will go through the new process, no one can tell experience, even agent. you are right
