贫富差距仍然相当巨大，但是一项关于全球健康的调查却发现，在贫穷国家，没有几个人认为他们必须在没有食品和健康保证的情况下离开这个世界，因为他们没钱支付这些费用。（意思也就是说他们并不想离开这个世界，即使得不到食品和健康保证）

不知道对不对，反正这个句子非常晦涩难懂

句子中的" go"应该不是"离开这个世界"的意思. :-)

我认为，它的意思是：贫富差距仍然相当巨大，但是一项关于全球健康的调查却发现，国家越穷，认为“虽然没有食物或卫生保健，我也只能这样应付着过日子，因为我没有钱”的人就更少。
go without 意思是　“没有。。。也行”

我认为，它的意思是：贫富差距仍然相当巨大，但是一项关于全球健康的调查却发现，国家越穷，认为“虽然没有食物或卫生保健，我也只能这样应付着过日子，因为我没有钱”的人就更少。
go without 意思是　“没有。。。也行”
