According to the acknowledgement letter, you are not required to contact us unless you want to change your contact information, to withdraw, to change representative or you have an arranged employment. This means that you can update your family configuration when we send you instruction letter to submit supporting documents.

意思是家庭成员变化（结婚、离婚、有小孩了）等S2的时候一起更新材料就行了，未进入S2不必主动补料，是这个意思吧？

如下四种情况可以通知领事馆/大使馆
1，更改联系方式了
2，撤案子，不想玩了
3，换中介了
4，找到加拿大的工作了。
其他的别烦人家领事。
