Mission and Objects:
To facilitate Chinese people's development in China and Canada and promote a comprehensive exchange between the two countries, with objects of:
a. To unite Chinese people using the Internet/online forums and other useful means, to advocate and participate activities of mutual aid;
b. To provide updated information about immigration applications using the Internet/online forums and other useful means; to provide practical services when conditions permit.
c. To promote Chinese culture and facilitate Sino-Canadian exchanges in culture, economy, education and more.
d. To enrich the lives of Chinese-Canadians through organizing various activities;
e. To encourage Chinese peoples' participation in local community development and facilitate their integration into the local culture;
f. To support and advocate other programs that benefit Chinese-Canadians both in China and Canada.

宗旨：协助华人在中加两地更好地发展，同时推动中加之间多方面，多层次的交流。
目标：
a，充分利用互联网络/论坛以及其它可行的方式团结国内和加拿大的华人，提倡并积极参与华人互助活动；
b，充分利用互联网络/论坛及其它可行的方式为华人提供移民申请及加拿大生活各方面的信息，条件允许的情况下，可以开展实务性相关服务；
c，弘扬中国文化，促进中加在文化，经济，教育等各方面的交流；
d，通过组织各种活动，丰富加拿大华人的业余生活；
e，力所能及地参与本地社区建设，帮助华人移民更好地融入加拿大本地社会；
f，支持并积极参与其它一切维护加拿大华人利益，协助华人移民在加拿大和中国发展的活动
