Do you want to have a "Avatar", like mine? or Susanna‘s?

Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.

Of couse you can have a special one for you. You know what, one memeber of this forum is a painter, many of our Avatars are designed by him, aren't they interesting?

If you do want to have one, please describe yourself so the artist has an idea when drawing for you. Or you can just send a photo to his e-mail address (xiaoyun@gdmc.edu.cn) with your user name "monomis" mentioned in the mail.

Hi Monamis，

I think you can upload an avatar by yourself, you can do it. What you need to do is click the following link, to open "Edit Avatar" window in User Control Panel. And you will find "Use Custom Avatar" option in Custom Avatar section. You can upload a custom image from your computer for your avatar here. The size limitation can be ingored, since the system can resize the image to fit the size for you automaticlly.
