CIC更新了续枫叶卡的办理手续
大家好，正在准备着续枫叶卡的材料，今天进入CIC网站http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5445ETOC.asp#5445E4竟然发现9月15日CIC更新了办理手续。好象要求的材料比以前少而简单得多。不敢相信，有几个问题还请大家帮忙把把关。非常感谢！『谢谢』问题一：现在身份证明的内容只有如下要求。这样看来是否只需要复印护照首页？空白页以及出入境盖章部份都不需要提供了吗？
One (1) main identity documentA photocopy of one of the following:
[*]your valid passport or travel document or
[*]the passport or travel document you had when you became a permanent resident (including the passport page that was stamped when you arrived in Canada and became a permanent resident) or
[*]the certificate of identity or travel document issued by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada or a foreign country.
Note: The copy should show:
[*]the document type and number;
[*]issue and expiry date;
[*]your name;
[*]your photo; and
[*]your date of birth
问题二：关于翻译问题，按照以下要求，是否一定需要到有翻译资质的机构做翻译？Translation of documentsAny document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
[*]the English or French translation; and
[*]an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
[*]a certified copy of the original document.
Translations may be done by a person who is fluent in both languages (English or French and the unofficial language). If the translation is not provided by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada, the translation must be accompanied by an affidavit swearing to the accuracy of the translation and the language proficiency of the translator.The affidavit must be sworn in the presence of:In Canada:

问题三：也就是复印件与原件相符的证明按照以下要求，是否也一定得到公证处办理？Certified true copiesTo have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

一、理解正确（只需要首页）；
二+三、本地的华人公证人，也提供翻译服务，那就是二合一搞定了。
又或者你跟公证人说好，你自己翻译文件，由他/她确认翻译内容准确，并完成公证，也行。
