求助！收到拒信以后，是否还可以补料

今天收到CIO的拒信，由于分数差一分不够67分标准。
11月寄料时，由于没有收到硕士的毕业证（但当时已经毕业），所以并没有在申请表格中标出，只是以本科毕业申请。现在是否可以再补上硕士毕业证，凑够分数呢？
求高人指点！

以下附上CIO邮件中关于refuse的原文：
Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application. Note: Any different or new information that you submit cannot be taken into consideration. NOTE:    Your application and supporting documentation are part of your permanent record and must remain on file. Original documents, submitted in support of your application, are also part of the permanent record and will not be returned.   Once your application has been placed in process, no refund of the processing fees will be issued.

不行。已经被拒了，怎么可能再让你补料，又不是收到补料信。
现在EE已经降分了，都是现成的材料，快去录EE，等着被捞，现在EE分数已经降下来了。

增加新的材料不可能的
基于递交的材料 看看能不能找到1分 然后申诉

申诉成功率几乎为0，实在想申诉也不是不可以，但一定要先把EE录上去再说，人家EE捞人，可不管你是不是在申诉。
你去论坛里的91专线里，去看看怎么申诉吧，那批里应该很多申诉过的，54/51专线的，没见到过有申诉的。
