3，电。
万一停电，家里用电取暖的，将面临温度下降。 『洋葱头B05』如果市政维修电路要几天的时间，这几天里家里的水管（尤其地下室）很可能会被冻裂。 来电后温度上升，水管冻裂区域如在室内墙外，将有喷泉产生。 如在墙内，建筑受损。
对策：买燃油发电机 多备点油，用电功供暖。
